Can you skateboard offroad? Yes but Need Some Setup and Gears

One of the most appealing aspects of the Evolve boards is their ability to transform into one that is an all-terrain setup. This allows for an even wider selection of places and areas you can go riding, you can go anywhere from riding by a path that runs through grass and dirt to navigating around them to find an open dirt track that you can ride on and ride, including the dirt or gravel BMX tracks. It is a fantastic option to locate areas you would otherwise not even be allowed to skate. If you are just beginning your journey and are interested in seeing what offroad electric skateboard can do, you can enjoy watching on our YouTube channel, which is the all-terrain race in the Evolve Riders World Cup. If you are trying to become better at skateboarding, we will show you what you should be aware of to use your electric skateboard off-road like a pro

Embark Setup

The all-terrain bike is set to be equipped with the all-terrain tire standard. It is a lot like a slick tire and is a great all-arounder. It’s a great choice for dirt, gravel, and grass but mostly you’re seeing the road as well as a hard surface. It does not have as much grip as the other options, but it’s an excellent all-rounder and wears really well. Other electronic skateboard wheels are off-road knobbies since they have more tread, with a little more grip in dirt and grass. They get worn out more quickly however, you’ll notice the added grip when exploring dirt and grass. When you’re on roadways, these may appear a little more slippery due to having less of a contact patch, however when it comes to off-road conditions, if this is the terrain you’re riding in dirt, grass, and gravel, we’d recommend taking these. Based on the terrain and conditions you’re riding, this is going to determine how to arrange the bushings. If you are riding on a long straight line or hard-pack trail that is the dirt, gravel, or grass, and if it’s a fairly tough pack, without big turns or similar You’ll likely want a stronger bushing setup. This will allow you to have more control over your board and also eliminate some of the fishtails that you do not need.

In the case of the BMX track, you don’t have to keep bushings to be as tight. it’s still important to be able to bend on those curves however, you shouldn’t make the bushings to be loose as it’s likely to change direction too fast and you’ll end in a slide. If you’re just going out to have some pure recreation through the dirt, and grass and are looking forward to sliding down the slide and having some fun then you should take your bushings up.

Protection stuff

Similar to normal riding, we suggest using safety equipment. Safety Helmet at the very least and we suggest kneepads and elbow guards. If you are riding off-road, it’s obvious that you’re not as stable and have less traction. As a result, your risk of falling off is greater, especially if riding on those BMX tracks. Be sure to keep your balance you don’t want to break any skin. We want to see you on the road
